In essence, a landscape project is a set of drawings that includes:
Sketch (preliminary drawing that reflects the landscape designer’s plan to transform the site; it depicts the territory without detail, its purpose is to demonstrate the general concept).
The master plan is the basis of the landscape project; the document records all the objects and buildings that are already on the site, and those that will be created: technical structures, paths, ornamental gardens, artificial reservoirs, plantings, etc.
Dendrological plan, it depicts all future plants: trees, shrubs, flowers, etc. Each planting has its own serial number.
The drainage system and storm sewer diagram is another important part of the landscape project. It shows the places where drainage wells and pipes, rainwater inlets, etc. will be installed.
Graphic representation of the arrangement of lamps.
Assortment list.
Enlarged estimate for landscaping work, etc.
Please note that the list of drawings depends on the selected tariff. The landscape project records all types of events that will be held on the site.
We recommend contacting professionals from October to February, when landscape designers are not as busy as in the summer and spring months. During the warm season, everyone mostly works on the land. If you order the preparation of a landscape project in advance, you and the specialists have time to discuss all the ideas, choose the best one and work it out very carefully.
At the height of the season, the time frame for preparing drawings may be increased due to the heavy workload. Remember that high-quality landscaping of the territory takes time.
Of course, we provide a 12-month guarantee on all landscape work performed. Our specialists have many years of experience in site design, therefore they are responsible for the quality of the sketches drawn up. If something goes wrong, we will correct all the defects for free - we know how to admit our mistakes.
